When used on label, Daxxify is FDA-approved for a 6-month duration, which means you will need fewer treatments over the course of a year! Daxxify works identical to our other neurotoxins (Dysport/ Xeomin) to help relax your wrinkles and prevent their return and further formation. Our provider will assess your facial movements and asymmetries, then come up with a customized treatment plan and dosage to get you lasting and natural results!
These products are FDA-approved for softening lines by decreasing the movement of the injected muscle. By decreasing movement, we help prevent the formation of more wrinkles while softening existing lines. The decreased movement in the injected muscles is not permanent; anticipate movement in the treated area to slowly return to your baseline.
Minimal to no pain can be expected. We use a tiny diameter needle and distraction tools to help minimize any pain. Patients tolerate the procedure very well.
No downtime. You can return to work and your daily activities right after the procedure. Some clients may experience minor swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site, typically resolving itself within a few hours. No working out, saunas, hot tubs, nor excessive sun exposure for 24 hours.
Neurotoxin has a gradual onset during the first 2-3 weeks. Clients will experience max effects during weeks 2-10, and muscle movement will slowly return over the subsequent 10 weeks. You will need your next treatment at roughly the 5 month-mark. If this is your first time trying Daxxify, we will schedule a follow-up at ENHANCED Med Spa near Boise for 3 months after the treatment to assess your results.
