Meet Alexandria Green
Alexandria Green is a master’s-trained nurse practitioner providing medical aesthetics, hormone optimization, and direct primary care at her med spa in Eagle, Idaho. With a background in critical care and a deeply patient-centered approach, Alexandria founded Enhanced Aesthetics & Wellness to offer care that is thoughtful, unhurried, and grounded in clinical excellence.
Her work blends advanced medical training with an artistic eye, helping patients feel confident, supported, and well, inside and out.
Alexandria’s career in medicine began early, working as a nursing assistant in step-down and ICU units while still in high school. From the start, she was drawn not only to the science of healthcare, but to the relationships formed through it.
After becoming a registered nurse in 2017, she moved directly into a cardiac surgical ICU at a Level I trauma hospital, where she earned her Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) credential.
During the COVID pandemic, Alexandria continued working on the frontlines while completing her master’s degree to become a nurse practitioner.
Through these years, one thing became clear: meaningful care requires time, trust, and true partnership. That belief ultimately led her to create Enhanced Aesthetics & Wellness, a space where patients are never rushed and where treatments are guided by long-term health, confidence, and longevity.

On a personal note
Outside of the practice, Alexandria is a proud wife to a military pilot and a mom to four children. She understands the value of balance, resilience, and community, and brings those values into every patient relationship.
Her goal is simple: to provide care that feels thoughtful, honest, and genuinely supportive, every step of the way.
