Wrinkle Relaxers (Dysport / Xeomin/ Jeuveau/ Daxxify)

Neurotoxins are FDA-approved to soften lines by decreasing the movement of the muscles injected. Decreased movement of targeted muscles can also prevent the formation of additional wrinkles. The neurotoxin indication of muscle relaxation is not permanent; muscle movement will slowly return to its baseline within the timeframe discussed in the Duration and Frequency FAQ.

No downtime. You can return to work and your daily activities right after the procedure. Some clients may experience minor swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site, which usually resolves within a few hours (to a few days). No working out, saunas, hot tubs, nor excessive sun exposure for 24 hours.

Neurotoxin has a gradual onset during the first 2-3 weeks. Clients will experience maximum effects during weeks 2-6 and should expect muscle movement to slowly return to its baseline thereafter (typically over the course of six weeks). Expect to retreat at the 3-4 month-mark, but no sooner than 90 days in order to aid in the prevention of developing a natural resistance to neurotoxin indicaitons.
